Terms and Conditions

These Terms govern your access to and use of the Nucleusplanet website, storefront, and related services (the "Site"). Please read them and the linked policies before placing an order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revision date above identifies the version. Changes do not retroactively remove rights or change the terms of an order already placed without your agreement or a legal requirement.

Some features require an account. Provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. Notify us promptly via Contact Us if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may restrict accounts or orders where we reasonably identify misuse, unauthorized payment, or a security risk. Any action on an account does not remove refund obligations or rights relating to existing purchases.

Nucleusplanet LLC operates Nucleusplanet.

Nucleusplanet LLC is an independent reseller. We are not an authorized dealer of the brands we sell unless a product listing expressly states a documented authorization. Third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Our catalog includes new and secondhand goods such as electronics, jewelry, apparel, books, and collectibles. Review the condition, disclosed wear or flaws, measurements, compatibility, and included accessories of the exact item or option offered. Do not assume a used item includes accessories or manufacturer warranty coverage unless the listing states that it does.

Colors may vary by screen, and manufacturer specifications alone do not describe an individual used item's condition. These differences do not excuse a materially inaccurate listing. If an item is not as described, see Returns and Refunds.

Prices, taxes, shipping charges, and the payment currency are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices may change before purchase. If a material pricing or availability error affects your order, we will contact you; we will not substitute an item or charge an increased price without your agreement. If we cannot fulfill the order, we will cancel the affected purchase and promptly refund any amount paid for it.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may decline an order for reasonable grounds such as unavailable stock, a material pricing error, or suspected unauthorized payment. If an order is declined or cancelled by us, we will notify you and promptly refund any amount collected for the cancelled purchase.

Use only the payment methods available for your order at checkout, and only a payment method you are authorized to use. Payment and order updates are sent to the email provided at checkout; keep that email accurate.

For a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change or recall an order already dispatched. This does not remove rights to cancel for a shipment delay or other reasons under applicable law, or to return an eligible item after delivery.

We ship within the United States only, to addresses supported at checkout. Processing estimates, shipping options, tracking, and undeliverable parcels are described on Order Delivery.

Estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates, but do not excuse our shipment or refund obligations. If we cannot ship within the stated time, we will notify you of the delay and offer the consent, cancellation, and prompt refund options required by applicable law. Contact us about a lost or undelivered package so we can investigate; handing a package to a carrier does not by itself remove your rights or our obligations.

Our Returns and Refunds provides a 30-day window from delivery to request an eligible return. It explains condition requirements for new and secondhand items, return shipping costs, inspection, and refunds. That policy forms part of these Terms for purchases through the Site.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; we cover return shipping for items that arrive damaged, defective, wrong, or materially not as described. Nothing in that policy limits non-waivable legal remedies.

You may not misuse the Site, including by:

Site design, text, graphics, logos, and software are owned by Nucleusplanet or their respective rights holders and are protected by intellectual property laws. Product brands and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

You may browse and use the Site to shop. Copying, modifying, or distributing Site content requires permission unless allowed by applicable law, such as fair use.

The Site may experience interruptions or errors. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. This statement concerns the website, not an exclusion of obligations for goods you purchase.

A secondhand condition description is not a blanket waiver of product warranties or remedies. Any written warranty expressly offered for an item remains applicable. Manufacturer warranty coverage, if any, depends on its terms and eligibility; do not assume it transfers to a resale purchase. Applicable implied warranties and non-waivable consumer rights are not excluded by these Terms.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from use of the Site, such as lost business profits. Where lawful, our liability for a purchase-related claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected products.

These limitations do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or restrict required refunds, applicable warranties, or non-waivable consumer rights and remedies.

Applicable law determines your rights and the courts with jurisdiction over a dispute. These Terms do not select an exclusive court or require you to give up mandatory consumer protections. Our mailing address does not by itself determine the law governing your purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions apply only to the extent lawful.
